Troubleshooting SprintPoker for Jira
What the messages you may meet mean, and what to do about each one.

| “Free plan allows up to 20 sessions per month. Upgrade for unlimited sessions.” | You created 20 sessions this month on the free app. Wait for the first of next month, reuse a session, or move to the paid app. |
| “Free plan allows up to 8 participants per session. Upgrade to add more.” | Remove someone, make observers of people who only watch, or move to the paid app. |
| “Free plan allows a single moderator per session. Upgrade for multiple moderators.” | Keep one moderator, or move to the paid app. |
| “Free plan allows up to 30 issues per session. Upgrade to add more.” | Split the issues across sessions, or move to the paid app. |
| “A session can hold up to 1,000 issues. Remove some issues or split them across sessions.” | Every plan has this limit. Split the list across sessions. |
| “Custom estimation scales require a paid plan. Choose a default scale or a saved preset.” | Pick a standard scale or a preset your site saved. |
| “Free plan allows up to 5 readiness scans per month. Upgrade for unlimited scans.” | Check single issues instead (they do not count), wait for next month, or move to the paid app. |
| AI Estimation Disabled when creating a session | A Jira admin turned Enable AI off. Ask a Jira admin. |
| “Jira refused the estimate.” or “Could not save the estimate to Jira.” | Check in Jira that the estimation field is on the issue and that you can edit it, then try again. |
