A document set is a named, ordered list of Confluence pages that belongs to a space: a release pack, a client handover pack, a policy manual or an audit evidence pack. You can export it again and again with the same structure.
Create a document set
- Open Document SetsIn the space's sidebar, choose Laya Export Studio · Document Sets. Or open Apps, Laya Export Studio, then Document Sets to see the sets in every space you can read.
- Create the setType a name (and, from Home, pick the space), then choose Create set.
- Add pagesChoose Edit pages, then Add pages. Search by title in any space you can read, tick the pages and choose Add selected.
- Order themMove pages up and down into reading order, and remove any you do not need.
- Set the status and saveMark the set Draft or Ready, then choose Save.
Export a set
- Export PDF on the set's row makes a PDF of the whole set, with the default brand kit.
- For other formats or settings, open a page in the same space, start Export with Laya Export Studio, choose Document set as the Scope, and pick the set under Which document set.
Who can change a set
The person who created a set, or a space admin, can change it; everyone else sees it as View only. Pages a person cannot read are hidden from them and counted as hidden.
