- The Dashboard’s settings button: Work Item Type Settings, each work item type’s estimation field and card values. See Settings for a project.
- Project settings, Extensions, SprintPoker: the General settings page, where a project chooses whether the panel and the menu entry show. See Settings for a project.

Who can do what
- Anyone who can open SprintPoker in a project can create a session there.
- In a session, people are a Moderator, a Participant or an Observer. See Run a session.
- Anyone who can open SprintPoker in a project can change its Work Item Type Settings. Showing or hiding the panel and the menu entry may need a Project Administrator. See Settings for a project.
- SprintPoker reads and changes work items as you, so Azure DevOps’s own permissions apply. Saving an estimate writes it to the work item’s estimation field, so Azure DevOps’s own rules for that field apply.
