Sprint metrics, sprint report and Sprint Replay
Bring the sprint’s real Jira data into the retro: goals, velocity, scope, cycle time, burndown and a replay of the sprint.
Last updated
Link a Jira sprint when you create a retro and the sprint metrics panel shows that sprint’s data on the board. Each person shows or hides the panel for themselves, and SprintRetro remembers their choice for that retro.
What the panel shows
- Sprint Goals: the goals your team set for the sprint, which you can mark as done.
- Velocity and predictability: committed against delivered work over recent sprints.
- Scope changes: work added, completed or left incomplete, with carried-over issues marked.
- Cycle time: time spent in the statuses you choose, compared with the previous sprint.
- Burndown: each change to the sprint’s remaining work.
- Status overview: your issues grouped into To Do, In Progress and Done.
Sprint goals
A moderator clicks Add your first goal to add a goal by hand. With SprintRetro Pro, a moderator can click Import Sprint Goal Instantly to bring in the sprint’s saved goals.
AI sprint summary (Pro)
With SprintRetro Pro, a moderator can generate a short AI summary of the sprint in the sprint report, for sharing with stakeholders. It only runs when a moderator asks for it. For how the AI handles your data, see SprintRetro trust.
Sprint Replay
Sprint Replay plays back how the sprint unfolded: scope added and removed, status changes and carryover, with committed, delivered, added and carryover totals. Open it from Smart Retro Insights in the retro’s top bar. On its Narrative tab, a moderator can generate an AI story of the sprint and Regenerate it later. Sprint Replay is in both apps.
