Choose a ready-made retro template, or build and save your own columns with SprintRetro Pro.

When you create a retro, pick a template such as Start / Stop / Continue, 4Ls (Liked, Learned, Lacked, Longed For) or Mad / Sad / Glad.
Templates in the free app
The free app lets you use the first four Most Popular templates. The others show a lock: they and custom templates come with SprintRetro Pro.
Custom templates (Pro)
With SprintRetro Pro you can add, remove, rename and recolour columns, edit their descriptions and save the result as your own template. Your custom templates are yours: other Jira users do not see them.
The actions column
Every classic retro has an actions column, so you do not need to add one to your template. See Action items.
