Saved views and Insights
Reuse your best board arrangements from the Saved views page, and read delivery metrics on the Insights dashboards.

Two workspace pages turn day-to-day board use into something reusable and measurable: Saved views collects the board arrangements you keep coming back to, and Insights turns board activity into delivery metrics.
Saved views
Create a saved view from a board's Views picker with Save current view… — it captures the board plus your filters, grouping, sorting and layout, as described in Views, filters and grouping. The workspace Saved views page (sidebar → Views) then lets you “Open a saved board view, pin it to the sidebar, rename, or delete it.”
- Views are grouped into My views (private) and Org views (shared), and each row's meta line shows its visibility, grouping and sort.
- The star button (Pin to sidebar / Unpin from sidebar) adds a view to the sidebar's Pinned section; pinned views deep-link straight back to their board with the view applied.
- A view saved without a board attached cannot be opened — the page will ask you to open a board and re-save it.
Insights
The Insights page (sidebar → Insights) covers “Velocity, flow, forecasting and delivery metrics across your boards.” across six tabs: Velocity & Burndown, Flow & Throughput, Forecast, Cycle time, Open work and People.
Report cards include: Velocity; Sprint burndown; Cumulative flow; Lead time & cycle time; Throughput; Control chart; Work item age; Time in status; Created vs resolved; Top contributors; Delivery by source; and Forecast (Monte Carlo).
- Date ranges: Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days.
- A Refresh button re-runs the charts on demand.
- An Auto-refresh live checkbox keeps charts current as items change; with it off, a banner appears on affected charts instead.
