Choose Studio on a board to open Board Studio, a drawer with five tabs: Overview, Theme, Columns, Cards and Effects. It is the same Board Studio as on laya.net: Board Studio: make the board yours explains every option.
| Tab | What you change |
|---|---|
| Overview | A summary of the current look, with quick actions. |
| Theme | Background style, text size and density. |
| Columns | Each column's accent colour, hiding a column, a WIP limit, and which stage the column counts as. |
| Cards | Which fields cards show, such as the priority marker, labels and assignees, and how cards look. |
| Effects | Transition and celebration effects, with intensity Subtle, Standard or Lively, and motion settings. The done celebration can play a GIF. |
Sharing a board externally carries its core look to guests. With a linked laya.net workspace, guests see the full Board Studio theming too.
