Laya Export Studio settings for Jira admins and Confluence admins: export limits and defaults, the AI assist switch, backups, and who can do what.

Jira: the admin page
Open Jira settings, then Apps, then Laya Export Studio · Admin. Only Jira admins see it, and the app checks the Jira admin permission again when they save.

Choose Save admin settings to apply changes for the whole site.
AI assist
The AI assist switch (Enable AI assist for everyone) turns plain-English JQL and "did you mean" suggestions on or off for everyone on the site. It is on by default. When it is off, the app makes no AI calls: the server checks the switch before every AI request. Choose Save admin settings to apply it.
Usage and maintenance
- Usage shows exports all time and this month, the top format and the number of brand kits.
- Maintenance has Export backup and Import backup, a JSON file of the brand kits and settings stored in the Jira app, and Clear export history.
Confluence
- Setting a default brand kit needs a space admin for a space kit, or a site admin for a site-wide kit.
- Space settings have Require Approved status before export, but today it does not change exports. See page status.
Who can do what

Licence
Every feature is in the one paid plan. If the licence is not active, for example when a trial ends, the app shows Your trial has ended with Subscribe on Atlassian Marketplace, and exports stop until the subscription is bought or renewed.
