Sign up with your team's tool, a social account or an email address, and see what Laya sets up for you the moment you join.

Creating a Laya account takes a minute, and you can join with an account you already have. Sign-up lives on the Create your Laya account page — or follow the Create an account link from the sign-in page.
Ways to sign up
The sign-up page offers three tiers of options:
- Join your team's workspace — sign up with Atlassian or Azure DevOps. Best if your team's work already lives in Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Or sign up with — Google, Microsoft or Slack.
- Or with email — enter your Full name, Email and Password, then choose Create account.
Signing in later
You can always sign back in the same way you signed up. Email accounts also have a passwordless option: on the sign-in page choose Email me a magic link instead, then open the link from the Check your inbox confirmation. Magic links are single-use and expire after 10 minutes.
There is no separate password-reset form. If you forget your password, the Forgot password? link sends you a magic link — sign in with it, then set a new password from your Security page (see Sessions and account security). Accounts created with a social provider or magic link can add a password there at any time with Set password.
What happens after sign-up
- A personal workspace is created for youEvery new account automatically gets a private Personal workspace named after you (for example "Alex's Workspace"), so there is no set-up wizard to complete.
- Laya finishes setting upYou will briefly see a "Setting up your workspace…" screen while Laya prepares your account.
- You land on board creationLaya drops you straight into creating your first board. See Create your first board.
If your account was created by a social sign-in, Laya also sends a welcome email confirming the account exists and listing every way back in — the provider button, an emailed link, or setting a password in your settings. When you create an account you agree to Laya's Terms and Privacy Policy, and Laya records the version you accepted.
