What is Laya?

Laya is a connected work-management platform: one board for every tool your teams already use. Some of your work can live natively in Laya on Kanban or Scrum boards, and the rest can stay exactly where it is today — in Jira, Azure DevOps, monday.com, GitHub or GitLab — while Laya mirrors it into the same workspace, kept in step with two-way sync.

You do not have to choose between the two. Every workspace shows its boards under two tabs, Native and Connected, and both kinds sit side by side in the same sidebar, the same views and the same reports.

Connected work, without a migration

Connecting a tool mirrors the boards you choose into Laya, two-way synced — so a change in Laya lands in the source tool and vice versa. No migration, no data loss: your team keeps its existing tool, and Laya becomes the shared place where everything is visible together.

The mirror is a durable, synced copy of each work item — title, status, assignees, dates and other fields — kept until you disconnect a board, at which point Laya deletes its mirror of it.
